Referral-service role
Vegas Paint Quote is an independent referral and lead-generation service, not a painting contractor. We do not perform, control, supervise, or guarantee work provided by participating professionals.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for evaluating any provider, confirming licensing and insurance when applicable, reviewing the written scope and contract, and deciding whether to hire. All project terms are between you and the provider.
Requests and communications
You agree to provide accurate information. When you provide the required consent, participating professionals may contact you about the request by telephone or text, including automated messages. You may withdraw text consent by replying STOP.
No guarantee
We do not guarantee provider availability, response time, pricing, project results, warranties, or that a match will be made. Website information is general education and is not professional, legal, or technical advice for a specific property.
Acceptable use
Do not submit false requests, interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, distribute malware, or use the service in violation of law.
Limitation and changes
To the extent permitted by law, Vegas Paint Quote is not responsible for indirect losses or disputes arising from a provider relationship. We may modify the website or these terms, with revised terms posted here.
